Stress Less: A 6-week course in reducing STRESS & ANXIETY

Life Resolutions Cheltenham is running a six week group program conducted by psychologist for people who feel stressed, experience generalised or social anxiety or panic attacks. There is a maximum of eight participants.
The course use Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness approaches. Participants will learn to understand stress, anxiety and its causes and how our thinking influences us. They will also learn new ways of thinking that can overcome stress and anxiety and lead to a happier life.
WHEN: Tuesdays 6.30 – 8.30pm, 24th April to 29th May, 2012.

COST: Includes12 hours of group counselling PLUS a manual/workbook to keep
$420 or $295 after MEDICARE REBATE
